This contest is open only to individuals age 18 or older who live in one of the nine Bay Area counties or in a California county not served by an existing Babywearing International chapter.  Babywearing International of the Bay Area, Inc.’s directors, officers, and Volunteer Babywearing Educators are not eligible to enter.  ONE Rafflecopter entry form (which allows up to 5 “entries”) per person.  The contest may be entered only through the designated Rafflecopter entry form.  Chances of winning a prize depend on the number of qualified entries received.

 

Contest will be open from October 9, 2015 through October 11, 2015 at 11:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time.  Thereafter, five winners will be selected at random from among qualifying entries, and prizes awarded in the order listed above.  Limit of one prize per person.  In the event that any winner refuses or forfeits a prize, an additional winner will be drawn from among qualifying entries.

 

Personal information provided in entering the contest will be used only for the purposes of verifying the entrant’s membership status, participation in IBW events or photo posting, where applicable, and for contacting prize winners.  “Entries” based on membership status will be disqualified if made in a name that does not appear in BWI-BA’s membership records kept in the ordinary course of operations.

 

Prizes will be delivered to winners at the regular monthly Babywearing International of the Bay Area, Inc. (“BWI-BA”) meeting of each winner’s choice, during November and December 2015.  BWI-BA reserves the right to waive this requirement or extend the time for prize delivery by special arrangement, but any prize not picked up before January 1, 2016 may be forfeited and awarded to a new winner.  BWI-BA is not responsible for shipping prizes!

 

BWI-BA reserves the right to disqualify any entry we deem invalid, and to modify the terms of or cancel the contest at any time.  BWI-BA is not responsible for technical difficulties (including website errors and power outages) that may delay or prevent contest entries from being received or properly recorded.  Any charges for Internet access or other ancillary costs of entry and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the contest entrant.  Rafflecopter entries are not raffle tickets and may not be purchased.  In this contest, additional “entries” are available to entrants who have paid membership dues to BWI-BA; membership dues are a tax-deductible charitable contribution which entitle the member to various membership benefits, including the opportunity for additional “entries” in this contest.
